Your Role:

As a Physical Therapist at StoneStar Health, you will:

  • Evaluate patients to assess their physical condition and identify therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functionality.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including exercises and manual techniques, tailored to each patient’s goals.
  • Educate patients and their families on recovery processes, including exercises and prevention strategies.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Requirements:

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a physical therapist
  • Intensive education and clinical expertise

  • Valid Alabama license to practice physical therapy
  • Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy (New grads welcomed)

Experience:

  • Patient care: 1 year (Preferred)
  • New Grads welcomed

License/Certification:

  • Physical Therapy License (Alabama)
