Apartment Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Floating Leasing Representative (Leasing Consultant) to join our growing property management team. In this role, you will provide leasing support at multiple apartment communities throughout our portfolio while helping drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide leasing coverage and support at multiple apartment communities as assigned
  • Greet and assist prospective and current residents in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Conduct apartment tours and lease apartments to qualified applicants
  • Process applications and prepare lease agreements and move-in packages
  • Support resident retention efforts and lease renewals
  • Manage daily follow-ups, call queues, and lead tracking
  • Enter all leasing activity into the property management system, including calls, tours, applications, and work orders
  • Submit and track service requests to completion
  • Maintain model apartments and ensure vacant units are show-ready
  • Review and track renters insurance compliance
  • Assist with resident communications, notices, and administrative tasks
  • Resolve resident concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and safety procedures
  • Maintain proper key control and overall property security
  • Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and office organization as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in leasing, property management, sales, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and closing skills

  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Yardi or property management software is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Reliable transportation available during each scheduled shift
  • Ability to travel and work between multiple company properties as assigned
  • Ability to walk properties and sit/work on a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs
  • Willingness to work weekends and occasional resident events

Schedule: Full-time | Weekend rotation required
