What is a floating assistant property manager?

Floating Assistant Property Managers are professionals who support property management teams by filling in at various properties as needed, rather than being assigned to a single location. This role requires adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to quickly learn the operations of different properties. Floating Assistant Property Managers are essential for providing continuity of service and supporting property managers during staff shortages or busy periods.

Being proactive, organized, and ready to learn new software or procedures at each location will help you succeed in this dynamic environment. Over time, this exposure can broaden your experience and open doors to advancement into permanent property management positions.
