Job description

Full-Time Floater Teller

TruPartner Credit Union | Cincinnati, OH

Do you light up when you're helping people, and love variety in your workday? TruPartner Credit Union is hiring a full-time Floater Teller to work across all 4 of our branches. If you connect easily with people, adapt fast to new environments, and want a job that actually invests in your growth, keep reading.

Why You'll Love Working Here

We're a credit union, so we work differently than a typical bank. Our members are also our owners, and there are no outside shareholders pushing for higher fees or bigger profits. Every dollar we earn goes back into better rates, better service, and a better experience for the people who trust us.

Our team members will tell you: this is a place where your work actually matters, surrounded by people who take pride in serving the Cincinnati community with integrity. And here's the best part: our CEO started her career as a teller. At TruPartner, this job is the first step on a real career path.

Why Being a Floater Is a Good Thing

As our Floater Teller, you'll split your time across all 4 branches. That means no two days look the same, you'll build relationships with members and teammates all over Cincinnati, and you'll pick up new skills faster by learning how different teams operate. It's a great fit if you like variety, adapt quickly, and enjoy being the person every branch is glad to see walk in.

What You'll Do
  • Greet members and handle transactions with speed and accuracy
  • Listen to what members need and recommend the right solutions
  • Resolve concerns with patience, empathy, and a calm attitude
  • Balance your transactions and keep accurate records
  • Collaborate with teammates across branches and departments
  • Adjust smoothly to each branch's rhythm and team
What We're Looking For
  • Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar welcome)
  • Comfort with basic computers and technology
  • A natural communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Reliable transportation to travel between branches
  • Cash handling experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Schedule

Monday through Friday, generally between 8:15 AM and 5:45 PM, with your branch assignment set based on staffing needs. You'll also work about two Saturdays a month until 1:30 PM. Mileage between branches is reimbursed.

What You'll Get
  • Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, several plans free to employees
  • Life and disability insurance at no cost to you
  • Immediate 401(k) enrollment, free parking, and a 24/7 onsite gym
  • Generous PTO: 9 paid holidays, 24 volunteer hours a year, 2 paid in-service days
  • Tuition and student loan assistance
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel between branches
