Job description

We are currently hiring for several Flight Simulator Technicians in Eagan, MN.

Pay Rate: Pay is $26-30.00/hr. Plus 3.50 cent shift diff on nights.

Requirements

  • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience, ideally 3 years in the aviation industry.
  • Military experience in aircraft maintenance or avionics is a plus, as these skill sets are closely aligned with the responsibilities of this position.
  • Proficiency in electrical and electronics troubleshooting.
  • Avionics and aviation experience.

Job Description

As a Simulator Technician, you will assist in diagnosing and correcting problems on simulators and associated systems. You will utilize management systems to track and record repairs, perform basic visual alignments, run automatic QTG's, and assist with refurbishment and hardware modifications. You will also learn and comply with management systems while performing logistics duties, including parts reception, repair, and testing/validation.

Work Environment

The work environment is team-oriented, requiring professionalism as customer-facing interactions are frequent. The role involves working shifts from Saturday-Tuesday or Tuesday-Friday, 9:00pm - 7:00am.
