Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Coordinator. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of catering services for international flights, ensuring that the food, beverages, and equipment meet airline specifications and standards. The International Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for coordinating catering logistics, ensuring seamless execution from preparation to delivery on board.

Responsibilities:



  • Verify that all catering items meet airline specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements



  • Collaborate with flight operations and scheduling teams to determine catering requirements for each international flight



  • Conduct thorough inspections of catering carts, ensuring completeness, cleanliness, and compliance with safety protocols


  • Address any discrepancies or issues promptly to ensure a smooth and seamless catering operation



  • Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols throughout the catering process to ensure the health and well-being of passengers and crew


Qualifications/Experience:



  • Must have a valid Minnesota Driver's License



  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English fluently



  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors



  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement



  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by flight schedules
