Job description

The Airline Cart Driver is responsible for driving any ABM Electric Shuttle Carts. Effective operating current technology requires tracking and processing work orders. Always perform equipment Pre-Ops check at the beginning of the shift in accordance with the ES&H manual. Adhere to all ADA and Air Carrier Access Act non-discrimination requirements. Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.

Pay Rate:  $15.15/hour
Morning Shift:  3 days per week Mon-Wed 4am-12:30pm 
Location:  3400 E Sky Harbor Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85034

Specific Duties/Essential Job Functions:

Passenger Service

  • Responsible for transporting passengers needing electric cart assistance inside the airport terminal.
  • Assist in lifting passengers
     
Preferred Qualification:
 
  One (1) year of customer service experience preferred

Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers
Positive interpersonal interaction with passengers
Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes
Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their retrieval point to their desired destination within the client site or grounds
Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary
Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate Agents, if necessary
Complete thorough Incident Reports
