Your New Role

The **Flight Operations Scheduler** is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient scheduling and operational coordination of company‐operated and managed aircraft. This role provides end‐to‐end trip planning, flight following, and disruption management while ensuring compliance with company policy, aviation regulations, and safety management standards. The Scheduler partners closely with flight crews, maintenance, vendors, and Flight Operations leadership to deliver reliable, high‐service flight operations.

Your Role Accountabilities

+ Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of corporate aircraft operations, including trip build, flight following, and operational control

+ Ensure all flight requests comply with company aircraft policy, required approvals, and safety standards

+ Build and maintain accurate flight itineraries, crew assignments, and aircraft utilization in the system of record

+ Monitor crew duty and rest requirements and coordinate with the Pilot in Command to ensure operational feasibility and compliance

+ Coordinate aircraft handling, fuel, catering, ground transportation, crew lodging, and other trip logistics

+ Partner with Maintenance to schedule routine and unscheduled maintenance and ensure aircraft readiness

+ Coordinate domestic and international flight requirements, including overflight and landing permits, customs, and immigration logistics

+ Perform flight following and actively manage operational changes or disruptions, escalating issues to Flight Operations leadership as required

+ Maintain accurate and timely passenger manifests, flight logs, and operational records in accordance with IS‐BAO and record‐retention requirements

+ Participate in the Safety Management System by identifying hazards, supporting risk mitigation, and escalating safety concerns

+ Deliver a high level of customer service while balancing safety, compliance, and operational efficiency

+ All other tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

+ Bachelor's degree strongly preferred

+ 2-5 years of experience in flight scheduling, aviation operations, dispatch, or a related aviation role

+ Able to work West Coast business hours, with flexibility to work occasional evening or weekend shifts based on flight schedules.

+ Experience supporting corporate aircraft operations, including trip planning, flight following, and operational coordination

+ Experience coordinating with flight crews, maintenance teams, and aviation service providers (FBOs, ground handlers, vendors)

+ Working knowledge of corporate aviation operations and operational control concepts

+ Familiarity with crew duty and rest considerations and operational feasibility checks in coordination with the Pilot in Command or the Chief Pilot

+ Understanding of Flight Operations Manual, SOPs, and regulatory compliance requirements affecting flight scheduling

+ Experience maintaining accurate flight records, manifests, and utilization logs

+ Strong organizational skis and exceptional attention to detail

+ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with pilots, maintenance, and internal stakeholders

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems used for aviation operations, preferably myairops

+ Customer-service mindset with the ability to balance service expectations with safety and compliance requirements

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $53,901.00 - $100,102.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
