Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer

Job Duration: 40 Hours/Week, Permanent position, Full time

Job Duties:

• Design, develop, test and maintain applications for reliability, security, manageability, scalability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.
• Participate in architecture discussions, lead data engineering in-line with product design and propose solutions to system and product changes.
• Implement specialty knowledge across the following areas: data processing, programming languages, databases, networking, and operating systems.
• Ensure all the applications are running healthily, check the logs, monitor and troubleshoot issues ensuring 24/7 availability of distributed systems.
• Define, design, implement and test medium to large project features by taking ownership of the features taking scalability, debuggability, and performance into consideration.
• Build server logic to communicate with other services, API or frontend.
• Execute database and application design according to system context and business requirement.
• Write, tune, debug complex jobs.
• Explore available technologies and design custom solutions to improve data quality, workflow, job manageability and scalability; leverage tools and technology to continuously improve data infrastructure and reporting capability.
• Build features, services, and systems that involve interactions of multiple components with scalability and security in perspective.
• Work closely with other engineers in the team and cross functional teams to implement software solutions/services with high performance and reliability.
• Ensure timely delivery of features/bug fixes from dev to production environment.
• Actively participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle, iterative development, estimations, and design sessions.

Job Requirements:

• Required Master's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (Any), or any related field.
• Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US. The frequency of travel will be 10-15%.
• Salary Range: $226,138.00/Year to $226,200.00/Year
