3rd Shift Flexo Press Lead 


Join the Team That Brings Labels to Life 

At Tailored Label Products (TLP), we're looking for a motivated and experienced Flexo Press Lead to help drive quality, efficiency, and teamwork on our 3rd Shift. This is a hands-on, working Press Operator, leadership role for someone who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems, and taking pride in producing high-quality work. 


As the Flexo Press Lead, you'll serve as a go-to resource for Press Operators, help develop team members through training and coaching, and support continuous improvement efforts while operating press equipment and maintaining high production standards. 


What You'll Do 

  • Operate flexographic press equipment while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity 
  • Serve as the primary training resource for new and existing press operators 
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members on safety, quality, and efficiency best practices 
  • Troubleshoot product quality, equipment, and process-related issues 
  • Assist with first-piece approvals and quality verification processes 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement solutions 
  • Ensure 6S standards and preventative maintenance requirements are maintained 
  • Update production metrics and communicate operational concerns to leadership 
  • Lead by example and demonstrate TLP's Core Values every day 


Requirements:

 What We're Looking For 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 1-3+ years of flexographic press experience 
  • Experience operating Evolution/P-Series or Mark Andy presses 
  • Hybrid Flexo/Inkjet experience is a plus 
  • Previous lead or training experience preferred 
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 
  • Comfortable using ERP systems and email 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing setting
