Flexible Mind Psychological and Wellness Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team in Tacoma, Washington. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques, focusing on promoting personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions to address relational dynamics and improve communication among family members.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and monitor progress regularly to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy solutions to accommodate clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer remote sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation to uphold ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. Our goal is to provide compassionate support that leads to meaningful outcomes and positive transformations in clients' lives. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address the multifaceted needs of our patients and promote holistic healing.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• A nonjudgmental attitude and genuine empathy for client struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative tasks.

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting providing individual and family therapy.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, or Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Experience in addiction treatment and knowledge of recovery models is a significant advantage.
