The Intertwined Trauma-informed Therapy Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still maintaining a strong connection with our multidisciplinary team. At our virtual clinic, we utilize digital platforms for client sessions and team meetings, ensuring that you have the tools necessary to succeed in a fully online healthcare setting. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including detailed psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to develop effective treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and needs, incorporating cultural considerations into every step of the process.
• Provide evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy, across various therapeutic settings, including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.
• Offer crisis intervention services, working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients in acute distress receive immediate and effective care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Educate clients and their families on coping strategies and skills to improve their mental health and equip them to manage ongoing challenges.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic treatment plans.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to maximize patient benefit.
• Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic practices.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating rapport-building with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Background in working within community health clinics or similar settings.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is a plus.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
