The Intertwined Trauma-informed Therapy Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including detailed psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and needs, incorporating cultural considerations into every step of the process.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy, across various therapeutic settings, including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.
  • Offer crisis intervention services, working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients in acute distress receive immediate and effective care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Educate clients and their families on coping strategies and skills to improve their mental health and equip them to manage ongoing challenges.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic treatment plans.
  • Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to maximize patient benefit.
  • Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, integrating this knowledge into your therapeutic practices.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
