Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosoical evaluations and risk assessments, to determine the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with patients to co-create individualized treatment plans that consider their goals, cultural backgrounds, and personal circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings including individual sessions, family therapy, and group sessions.
• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary and connect with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring all notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries are up-to-date and compliant with clinic policies.
• Educate patients and their families by providing psychoeducation that empowers them to manage their mental health effectively.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide integrated care.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to determine effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly to optimize patient progress.
• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health treatment methodologies and incorporate new research into practice.
• Uphold ethical standards, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is required for this role.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary for this position is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $84,000 based on experience and qualifications.
