We specialize in high-quality home improvement and repair services. While remodels are a key part of our work, we also handle siding repairs, custom deck builds, home safety modification for seniors, and a variety of repair and improvement projects.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded skill set, with extensive experience working on various construction projects, have great customer service skills, and be able to work with little to no oversight.
Background:
Candidates who do well in this role typically come from backgrounds such as:
• Residential remodeling carpenter
Siding installer or repair specialist
Lead carpenter or experienced field technician
Small-project remodeler
• Experienced handyman with strong carpentry skills
Qualifications:
5+ years of residential construction experience in remodeling, carpentry, siding, or home improvement work
• Experience completing general residential repairs and small remodeling projects
• Ability to work independently and complete projects without constant supervision
• Valid driver's license
