Job description

Ideal candidate: Enjoys working independently as well as part of a team, detailed-oriented, dependable, enjoys taking ownership and pride in the cleanliness of your assignment, enjoys a sense of accomplishment at the end of each shift.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities including but not limited to:

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools, equipment and procedures.

Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, stpcking supplies and dusting.

Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Use proper PPE where required.

Organize custodial closets and spaces.

Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching.

Must be able to lift, push, pull.40lbs. (Example: dumping a mop bucket)

Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.

The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.

Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.

Contribute to the overall team effort including being dependable.

Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.

On the job training provided to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Pay starting at $16, additional pay increase is available based on performance.

Shifts available:

Tuesday ~11am-3pm 

5 hour weekend evening/night shift availabile in Eugene

**Must have reliable transportation to commute to work site**

**Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen**
