Join ProShine as an Exterior Cleaning Lead Technician and oversee top-quality exterior cleaning services, including pressure washing, window cleaning, and roof washing. You’ll manage job sites, train team members, and ensure exceptional service while working outdoors.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Crew – Supervise, train, and motivate technicians for high performance
  • Deliver Top-Quality Work – Perform pressure washing, roof cleaning, window washing, and more
  • Be the Client’s Go-To Contact – Ensure clear communication, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize Safety – Follow and enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols
