As a Remote Social Worker, you will provide virtual consultations, using video chat technology to connect with clients effectively.

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions remotely, utilizing video conferencing platforms in compliance with confidentiality regulations.
• Perform ongoing assessments of clients' treatment needs, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Develop and implement personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans that focus on the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

The Remote Social Worker will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults seeking detoxification support. • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R Privilege (LCSW-R) that allows independent practice without supervision.
• No history of disciplinary actions related to your licensure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating an empathetic nature and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Proficient in computer use, with stable High-speed Internet connectivity for effective remote service delivery.

While not mandatory, experience working in detox centers or with substance use populations is highly valued. Familiarity with evidence-based therapy modalities and experience utilizing telehealth platforms will significantly enhance your effectiveness in this role.
