Inbound Customer Service Agent We are looking for a customer‐focused, sales‐oriented agent to support GE Appliances owners, balancing customer service with inbound sales and upsell opportunities. Responsibilities Provide product information, registration support, and service, parts, and delivery assistance. Resolve owner inquiries via troubleshooting, referrals, and minor concessions.
Use multiple Windows‐based and internal applications to manage calls, emails, chats, and written inquiries. Log owner records, complaints, actions, and resolutions accurately. Follow sales performance metrics, KPIs, and incentive structure.
Collaborate with quality and training teams to provide feedback and improve scripts. Support other parts of the business as needed. Participate in shift bids to maintain flexible scheduling.
Qualifications Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience. Strong communication, problem‐solving, and negotiation skills. High concentration and attention to detail.
Self‐starter with initiative and strong follow‐through. Team player comfortable with virtual collaboration. Experience with web‐based systems and basic Microsoft Office.
Remote Work Requirements Dedicated quiet work area with dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and ethernet connection. Reliable internet connection (PING ≤ 50Mbps, DOWNLOAD ≥ 50Mbps, UPLOAD ≥ 15Mbps). No satellite, prepaid, or DSL internet due to security restrictions.
Warehouse‐provided equipment available. Shift Monday–Friday, 10:30AM – 7:00PM (CST); 9‐week full‐time training prior to live schedule. No weekends.
Compensation Base rate of $15.00/hour plus performance‐based incentives, paid weekly. Benefits & Perks Paid on‐the‐job training and mentoring. Work‐from‐home opportunity (equipment provided).
