You will be part of a dedicated team of mental health professionals, collaborating closely to create a nurturing atmosphere that prioritizes the health and development of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and workshops, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop tailored treatment plans for each client.
  • Implement therapeutic modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and personal growth.
  • Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
  • Engage actively in a multidisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals during case consultations and peer review meetings.
  • Lead educational sessions for clients and their families, providing valuable insights about mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and available support within the community.
  • Stay current with advancements in the mental health field to continuously enhance the care delivered to your clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents facing mental health challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. By offering compassionate and tailored support, you will empower your clients to navigate their paths toward recovery and personal development.

  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specific to Pennsylvania.
  • Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and the ability to personalize approaches for clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to navigate complex clinical scenarios effectively.
  • The ability to flourish within a collaborative team atmosphere, recognizing the importance of each member's contributions.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling.
  • Experience in conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and improve patient care management.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, to support your overall wellness.
  • Life and disability insurance for financial security during unforeseen circumstances.
  • Malpractice and professional liability coverage to ensure your practice is well protected.
  • Access to an employee assistance program, providing additional resources for personal and professional challenges.
  • Unlimited referrals to help maintain a rewarding caseload, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in individuals' lives.
  • Minimal administrative paperwork to maximize your focus on client care.
