• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Engage actively in a multidisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals during case consultations and peer review meetings.

Your work will directly impact a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents facing mental health challenges such as mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma-related issues. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specific to Pennsylvania.
• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and the ability to personalize approaches for clients.
