Advantage Management Partners is seeking an experienced Supervising Community Association Manager to join a growing leadership team in the Las Vegas Valley. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished community management professional who is passionate about developing people, strengthening teams, and shaping the next generation of Community Association Managers.

Unlike a traditional supervisory role, this position places a strong emphasis on coaching, mentoring, and supporting Community Managers throughout their professional development while also providing operational leadership across a portfolio of communities. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys sharing knowledge, leading by example, and helping others build successful careers in community association management.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Mentor, coach, and develop Community Association Managers through structured training and day-to-day guidance.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for managers navigating Board relations, homeowner concerns, operational challenges, and best practices.
  • Support new managers as they progress through the company's development program and certification milestones.
  • Conduct regular property visits to provide operational support and coaching.
  • Foster strong relationships with Board Members while supporting Community Managers in delivering exceptional client service.
  • Assist with complex community issues, conflict resolution, and escalated situations.
  • Review operational performance and help managers improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Promote consistency in management practices, communication, and client experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership on training initiatives, employee development, and continuous process improvement.
  • Attend Board meetings and community meetings as needed.
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Active Nevada Community Manager certification required.
  • Significant experience managing homeowner or condominium associations.
  • Previous leadership, mentoring, training, or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of community association operations, governance, budgeting, and vendor management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop professionals at varying experience levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance office leadership and field responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally to community properties.

Work Environment

  • Approximately 70% office-based in Henderson, NV.
  • Approximately 30% travel to local community properties.
  • Mileage reimbursement provided for business travel.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?
This position is designed for a leader who wants to invest in people. You'll play a critical role in mentoring Community Association Managers through the organization's professional development pathway, helping emerging managers build the experience and confidence needed to advance their careers. Your leadership will directly influence the success of both your team and the communities they serve.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is highly competitive and will be commensurate with experience, leadership background, and community association management expertise. In addition to a competitive salary, the organization offers:

  • Generous Paid Time Off
  • Mileage reimbursement for business travel
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Professional development
  • Long-term career growth opportunities within a collaborative leadership environment

If you're an experienced community management professional who enjoys coaching others, developing talent, and making a lasting impact on an organization, we encourage you to apply. All inquiries and applications will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
