As we continue to expand our engineering and product innovation capabilities, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Industrial Product Designer to help transform ideas into market-ready products through thoughtful design, engineering collaboration, and user-centered innovation.

The Industrial Product Designer is responsible for designing innovative products from concept through production while balancing aesthetics, functionality, manufacturability, and user experience. Working closely with engineering, project management, manufacturing, and product development teams, you will create design concepts, develop detailed 3D models, prepare technical documentation, and support the successful launch of new products.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex design challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and creating products that deliver real value to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design innovative consumer, commercial, and industrial products from concept through production.
  • Conduct research to understand user needs, market trends, and competitive products.
  • Create concept sketches, renderings, mood boards, and product presentations.
  • Develop detailed 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product designs meet performance, quality, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and product innovation workshops.
  • Create prototypes and support product testing and validation activities.
  • Evaluate materials, finishes, manufacturing methods, and production costs.

  • Prepare design documentation, specifications, and technical presentations.
  • Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to optimize production processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3+ years of industrial or product design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product development from concept through production.
  • Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of ergonomics, materials, manufacturing processes, and product development.
  • Experience creating detailed CAD models and production drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving, creativity, and analytical skills.
