Job DescriptionThe Clinical Transition and Stabilization Services (CTSS) Clinical Supervisor oversees Therapists and Mental Health Workers within the CTSS Program. This role is responsible for supervising clinical staff and their assigned cases to ensure high-quality services are delivered to children and youth. The CTSS Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight, ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures, supports program development, and fosters strong relationships with staff and external partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical supervision to Therapists and Mental Health Workers
Oversee clinicians’ cases and casework involving children and youth
Ensure quality, ethical, and effective service delivery
Complete and maintain required supervision documentation and paperwork
Ensure supervisees receive all required orientation and training
Monitor compliance with agency policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Participate in program development and continuous quality improvement
Maintain positive inter-agency communication and collaboration
Build and sustain positive relationships with staff and outside agencies
Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
(College or university accreditation must be recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Foreign degrees must be evaluated by an approved credential evaluation service with a general equivalency report.)
