SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with prospective customers who have expressed interest in our solutions. As the first point of contact for inbound leads, you will play a critical role in qualifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and creating pipeline for our Account Executives.

The ideal candidate is curious, consultative, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

This is a hybrid role, working three days a week in our beautiful Dallas Office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, website forms, events, referrals, and partner programs.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to understand business needs and challenges.
  • Qualify opportunities using established sales qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDICC, CHAMP).
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and market trends.
  • Meet and exceed activity, conversion, meeting, and pipeline generation targets.
  • Research accounts and stakeholders to personalize outreach and improve conversion rates.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team development initiatives.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, lead generation, customer-facing roles, or related experience (entry-level candidates with strong business acumen are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility with prospects.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and desire to advance in a sales career.

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B sales environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding of consultative selling methodologies.
