Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative

Salary: $50,000-$65,000 Base + Commission | 401(k) Match | Profit Sharing | PTO

We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're goal-oriented, competitive, coachable, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you.

This is an excellent opportunity to build long-term client relationships while earning a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Cross-sell insurance products to current policyholders.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting.
  • Quote, present, and close Personal Lines insurance policies.
  • Partner with licensed agents to identify Life Insurance opportunities.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service on every interaction.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, customer-focused manner.
  • Overcome objections and educate customers on coverage options.
  • Support agency growth through community involvement and relationship building.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Property & Casualty License (must have or be able to obtain)
  • Strong sales and closing abilities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Organized with strong multitasking skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000-$65,000 Base Salary (based on experience)
