POSITION SUMMARY:Provide oversight of the grant program at the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) including construction and operating grants. Provide financial analysis and review grant eligibility. Provide analysis and monitoring of the Authority's Capital Improvement Plan, including but not limited to appropriate recording of Construction in Process, transfers of fixed assets and capitalized interest.
