A Day in the Life as an Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Coordinator, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, distributors, vendors, and visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression of Continental Laundry Solutions. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage reception, switchboard, visitors, and front office operations
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing communications, correspondence, mailings, and company events
  • Provide administrative support and operational support to various internal teams, including document preparation, reporting, data entry, and record management
  • Support distributor account administration, including account setup, maintenance, management of records and directories
  • Maintain accurate customer, distributor, and company information within Salesforce and other business systems
  • Coordinate office supply purchasing, facility-related services, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and customer visits
  • Support special projects, departmental initiatives, and cross-functional activities that contribute to operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, communication, and overall office efficiency


What You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of administrative, customer service, office coordination or related experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and customer service skills
