Job description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health (Adolescent & Child)

Location: Brattleboro, VT Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), 12 Hours/Day

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in Behavioral Health, specifically Adolescent and Child populations, to join our team in Brattleboro, VT, for a 13-week assignment. This daytime shift position requires a flexible individual willing to work 12-hour shifts and float to other units as needed. As a behavioral health RN, you will be an integral part of our patient-centered care team.

Requirements
  • Psych/Behavioral Health Experience: Required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, but we are open to considering first-time travelers.
  • Floating: Must be willing to float to other units.
  • Charge RN: Must be willing to take charge RN shifts.
Profile Requirements
  • Resume.
  • Skills checklist (within the last year).
  • 2 supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment.
  • Certifications (can be obtained during the assignment if not active at submission).
  • License confirmation (must be willing and eligible to obtain a Vermont license).
  • COVID vaccination and booster confirmation (must be willing to obtain).
Additional Submission Requirements
  • CPI certification (offered onsite; no need to confirm at submission).
  • Please outline the patient populations your traveler has experience with.
  • Any scheduling requests should be presented in the submission file.
Certification Requirements
  • BLS (AHA) certification.
State License Requirements
  • Vermont RN license.
