Security License Bonus!  We are offering a $150 security license bonus for those who already possess a valid WI security license
Ready to suit up as a Special Response/Flex Security Guard?
Success in this role depends on flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing assignments. As a Special Response Officer, you will provide coverage at multiple client sites and may be assigned to different shifts, locations, and responsibilities based on operational needs.
As a Full-Time Special Response Officer, you'll serve as a versatile security professional, providing coverage wherever it's needed most. From patrols and access control to surveillance and customer service, you'll be expected to adapt quickly to different sites, responsibilities, and situations while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and security awareness.

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:
  • Remain on your feet for extended periods, including standing and walking throughout the duration of assigned shifts.
  • Monitor assigned premises and facilities to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Conduct routine patrols and inspections to identify and report security risks, hazards, or suspicious activity.
  • Manage access control by verifying credentials and authorizing entry to restricted areas.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and potential security threats.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.
  • Complete accurate and detailed reports documenting incidents, observations, and daily activities.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with law enforcement, emergency responders, and site management when necessary.
  • Safeguard client property, assets, employees, and visitors through proactive security measures.
  • Adhere to all site-specific policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Qualifications for Response Security Guard:
  • Must be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have two shift availability (1st shift / 2nd shift, 1st shift / 3rd shift, etc.)
  • Must be available to work weekends and weekdays, depending on Flex/SRO assignment.
  • Valid driver's license required with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass motor vehicle record check.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between multiple client sites within the assigned area(s).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance record required.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing schedules, assignments, and work locations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
  • Comfortable using radio communication and other security technology.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency and high-pressure situations.
  • Prior security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and meet all licensing requirements, as applicable.
