Successfully managing these challenges typically involves establishing regular check-ins with colleagues, using digital collaboration tools, and creating a dedicated workspace. Many organizations also offer training and resources to help flex workers stay engaged and connected, making self-discipline and proactive communication essential skills in this environment.
