Service Technician Flex W2

This role is fully onsite in our Hanover Park, IL office.

As a Service Technician Flex W2 with Insight, you will be the go-to expert installing, repairing, testing, and servicing a wide range of systems and communication technologies. You’ll solve problems, keep clients running smoothly, and help build the digital infrastructure of tomorrow.

As a Service Technician Flex W2, you will get to:

• Diagnosing and repairing hardware and peripheral issues using the most efficient, cost-effective solutions to minimize client downtime.
• Installing and testing hardware, ensuring everything works flawlessly and following any specialized instructions.
• Completing all required technical documentation for billing, product returns, and compliance.
• Supporting Insight’s depot programs such as Hot Swap and Repair

We are looking for a Service Technician Flex W2 with:

• IT-related certificate or diploma
• 2–5 years of troubleshooting or IT support experience
• Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• A+ certification (preferred)
