This position is well suited for a candidate with strong transfer pricing fundamentals, project and process management skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Accounting, FP&A, business finance, operations, and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities

  • Own recurring TP processes, including documentation tracking, advisor coordination, intercompany agreement maintenance, and related workpapers.
  • Coordinate transfer pricing inputs into the quarterly forecast and close processes, partnering with Accounting and FP&A to ensure timely, accurate data.
  • Review and organize documentation supporting intercompany pricing, service charges, royalties, and other related-party transactions.
  • Provide support on international tax matters including BEAT, FDII/FDDEI, GILTI, and Pillar Two modeling and compliance.
  • Support preparation or review of international tax forms (e.g., Form 5471, 5472, 8858, Canadian T1134, T106, etc.) and coordinate with local advisors on related filing obligations.
  • Assist with transfer pricing audit support and responses to tax authority inquiries as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI tools, standardized templates, and stronger tracking processes.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or a closely related field.
  • Solid understanding of transfer pricing concepts, intercompany transactions, and documentation requirements.
  • Experience preparing or reviewing transfer pricing calculations, adjustments, documentation, and related analyses.
  • Proficiency in Excel with comfort working across large data sets, trackers, and process-oriented workpapers.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple workstreams.
  • Effective communicator able to work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, business partners, and external advisors.
  • Detail-oriented with emphasis on documentation quality, accuracy, and review readiness.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) and experience with or interest in process improvement tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or AI-assisted workflows.

What Success Looks Like
  • Recurring transfer pricing processes are clearly owned and consistently executed on time.
  • Trackers, calendars, and support files are current and audit-ready.
  • Quarterly TP adjustments and forecast inputs are prepared with fewer last-minute issues.
  • Documentation and advisor coordination are more standardized and predictable.
  • Issues are surfaced early and resolved pragmatically.
  • Over time, the role expands to provide meaningful support on adjacent international tax compliance items.

Working Style
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a practical, business-focused environment. This person takes ownership of recurring processes, works effectively across functions, and contributes to continuous improvement in tax operations.
