What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to the client by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and/or distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or activity.
• Monitor access points and traffic flow, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery driver check-in procedures.
• Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicate significant events to supervisors and/or site contacts, and support operational continuity by following post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Must already have or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time. 
• Be able to lift more than 20 lbs. 
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred. 
• Customer service experience preferred.
