• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance abuse disorders, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to establish rapport with clients representing a wide variety of backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and empathetic therapeutic environment.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms will be advantageous.
