You'll leverage best-in-industry tools, remote flexibility, and hands-on collaboration to deliver high-quality distribution engineering solutions. This role combines engineering expertise, customer interaction, and project ownership-offering exceptional growth within an industry leader backed by 100+ years of innovation.

  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining local availability within Georgia (preferably Atlanta area) for field meetings and on-site coordination.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Evaluate electrical distribution systems and apply engineering design standards to develop upgrade or replacement designs in compliance with utility requirements.

  • Utilize NESC clearance requirements, utility construction standards, and pole-framing guidelines to update distribution infrastructure.
  • Regularly work in client proprietary software to complete all components of the distribution design workflow.

  • Review and validate engineering drawings to ensure technical accuracy, safety, and reliability.
  • Contribute to reliability improvement efforts through system modeling, device coordination, and protective scheme evaluation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
