This schedule may include non-traditional hours, rotating shifts, or the ability to choose or swap shifts, allowing for better work-life balance. The dynamic nature of manufacturing schedules can also require flexibility in responding to urgent production issues or quality control needs outside of typical working hours. However, companies usually provide robust training and supportive team structures to ensure smooth handovers and minimize disruptions, fostering a collaborative environment despite varying work hours.
