Job description

We are looking for an Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team in West Valley, UT. As an Asphalt Roller Operator with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will be responsible for compact and finish paced asphalt to reach compaction specification and quality finish.

About the Role 

Responsibilities:

  • Break down asphalt behind pavers to achieve consistent density and establish rolling pattern with tester
  • Finish-roll asphalt to obtain final compaction and remove any roller lines
  • Notify crew of any mat defects overlooked before rolling
  • Assist crew with shoveling and raking
  • Assist crew with Job site set up and clean up
