Work Environment

As a remote role, this position allows for flexible work hours set within a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will engage in meaningful interactions and treatment sessions via virtual platforms, ensuring you maintain strong professional relationships with your patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare providers in various locations. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive psychotherapy and mental health services to patients experiencing a range of conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and more.
  • Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate patientsโ€™ mental health status, focusing on emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and cultural competency, ensuring alignment with each patient's specific needs and goals.
