Work Environment

As a remote role, this position allows for flexible work hours set within a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will engage in meaningful interactions and treatment sessions via virtual platforms, ensuring you maintain strong professional relationships with your patients and collaborate effectively with healthcare providers in various locations. Access to technology and resources will be provided to facilitate seamless communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychotherapy and mental health services to patients experiencing a range of conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and more.
• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, focusing on emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and cultural competency, ensuring alignment with each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to patient care that optimally addresses all facets of the individual's health.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and techniques in response to their evolving needs and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available for further support.
• Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines, prioritizing patient confidentiality and informed consent throughout all interactions and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with diverse populations within the Denver community, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. Your role will be critical in providing outreach and support to individuals from various backgrounds, engaging with them to foster understanding and progress toward recovery and stability.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience delivering psychotherapy and mental health services is essential for this position.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with patients and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong clinical competencies, including the ability to perform thorough mental health assessments and craft evidence-based treatment plans that lead to measurable outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and experience in utilizing healthcare software for efficient patient management.
• Demonstrated understanding of various mental health disorders and their treatments, alongside sensitivity to the challenges that patients face.
• Experience with online therapeutic modalities and virtual care platforms is highly desirable, reflecting the current trends in mental health service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
