  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to identify clientsโ€™ challenges and develop integrated care plans.
  • Actively participate in collaborative team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to advance common goals and improve patient outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards, maintaining the clinic's commitment to quality service delivery.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and stabilization, employing effective de-escalation techniques and safety protocols to manage emergencies.
  • Monitor client progress, ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups, and adapting treatment plans as necessary for continual improvement.
  • Provide education and support to clients and families, facilitating access to linked services and community resources.
  • Contribute to program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives, sharing feedback aimed at enhancing service delivery.
  • Participate in on-call support rotations, addressing urgent client needs during and after program hours.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on clients who experience the challenges associated with detoxification and substance use disorders. You will engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may be facing co-occurring mental health issues. Your role will directly impact clientsโ€™ recovery journeys by facilitating access to critical support and treatment tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is essential.
  • Expert knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies for assigned populations, complemented by solid crisis management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, demonstrated by the capacity to document and articulate clinical findings clearly.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, enabling effective case management and treatment coordination.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, respecting their traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles.
  • Demonstrated ability to function within various organizational structures, effectively navigating internal and external systems.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred, especially in a behavioral health or detoxification setting.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, contributing to the diversity of service delivery and enhancing communication with clients.
Compensation and Benefits
  • We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans to support your well-being.
  • A 401(k) plan with company matching contributions to help you save for your future.
  • Paid Time Off and Sick Time to provide work-life balance.
  • Life insurance options and profit-sharing opportunities to enhance financial security.
  • Employee discounts with various vendors and flexible spending accounts for qualifying medical expenses.
  • Tuition reimbursement programs to support your ongoing education and professional development.
  • Flexible scheduling options to accommodate personal commitments.
  • Referral bonuses to reward you for helping us grow our team.
  • Exciting sign-on bonus for new hires joining our mission.
