Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients experiencing mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status, considering their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to form a holistic view of their needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally competent.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment interventions as necessary to optimize outcomes and address any emerging needs.
• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to encourage informed decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation using electronic health records (EHRs), ensuring compliance with health regulations and standards.
• Adhere to strict ethical and professional standards, including confidentiality and informed consent protocols.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification from substances and those facing co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with patients and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with experience in developing tailored mental health treatment plans.

• Keen awareness of mental health conditions and the associated challenges faced by patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a detoxification or addiction recovery setting is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth services and remote care strategies to enhance patient engagement and support.
• Training in trauma-informed care or related methodologies to effectively address the unique needs of this population.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust salary, employees receive an array of benefits including:
