Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with their mental health goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness techniques to effectively support clients.
• Regularly assess client progress and modify treatment interventions as necessary to enhance the therapeutic experience.
• Provide virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain detailed and accurate client documentation, including treatment outcomes and engagement notes.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our approach prioritizes individualization, ensuring each client receives care tailored to their specific needs and circumstances. You will be instrumental in providing clients with the tools necessary for recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Texas.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently, allowing for effective caseload management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing therapy services in a remote or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with various therapy modalities and innovative techniques in mental health treatment.
• Experience working with trauma-informed care practices.
• Background in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and client caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes:
