Mid-Atlantic Services, A-Team Corp is a women-owned professional contractor that provides housekeeping and janitorial services for commercial and state buildings throughout Delaware. For over 25 years, quality has been our prime objective. Working with the state, we provide contractual janitorial cleaning at several government buildings. Our goal is to work together with each agency to meet their janitorial requirements.
Our company employs wonderful team members that are key to our success. We have very little turnover once our crew is set in place. We attribute this to the respect and concern we show our employees. In addition to a flexible work schedule, we offer our employees a supportive work environment.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JANITOR / COMMERCIAL CLEANER
As a Janitor / Commercial Cleaner, you are on the front lines of who we are and what we do as a commercial cleaning company. Whether working alone or with a crew, you arrive for your part-time shift ready to get to work. You enjoy "getting in the zone" and working efficiently while remaining friendly and service oriented. Whether it's dusting, vacuuming, mopping, pulling the trash, disinfecting surfaces, or replenishing supplies, you get great satisfaction out of checking tasks off while physically seeing what you've accomplished. You always keep your cleaning equipment organized and in good working order.
WORK SCHEDULE
The schedule may sometimes vary but typically the schedule will be Monday-Friday 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
