Shift:
2nd (Mon - Fri; 2:45pm - 11pm)- Shift Premium Available!!
3rd (Sun - Thurs; 10:45pm - 7am)- Shift Premium Available!!
Pay: $21
As a Machine Operator you are eligible for a Production BONUS, and Quarterly Attendance BONUS!
We are hiring for a reliable Machine Operator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment! The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and troubleshooting a converting machine. The ideal candidate should have some mechanical aptitude, the willingness to learn and the ability to work in a team environment.
What You Need to Have?
  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read a ruler required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
  • Ability to constantly walk and stand for 8 hr.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.

How you contribute as a team member:
  • Continuously work as a hands-on operator.
  • Assist with equipment set-up, adjustment and operation.
  • Assist with change overs.
  • Process finished product.
  • Test quality of product.
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical malfunctions.
