How does the flexible scheduling for Flex Advent Health RNs impact their integration with unit teams and patient care?

As a Flex RN at AdventHealth, you’ll have the advantage of choosing your shifts and units, offering greater work-life balance. However, this flexibility also means you may work with different teams and patient populations regularly, requiring strong adaptability and communication skills. While you may not have the same continuity with patients or coworkers as core staff, Flex RNs are valued for their ability to quickly integrate into teams and provide consistent, quality care. Building rapport and staying updated on unit protocols are key to thriving in this environment.
