The impact you'll make
As Program Manager, Global Learning Academies, you will help bring structure, consistency, and operational excellence to Lam's learning academy programs, with Leap Technical Academy as the primary focus for the first couple of years. You will play a critical role in ensuring academy programs are planned, coordinated, delivered, tracked, and continuously improved across regions. Your work will directly support learner experience, stakeholder alignment, program execution, and the scalability of Lam's technical and professional learning academies over time.
What you'll do
Manage day-to-day academy operations, initially focused on Leap, including schedules, communications, enrollment, logistics, and delivery support.
Maintain program plans, calendars, trackers, dashboards, action logs, and status updates.
Coordinate with learning partners, business stakeholders, SMEs, facilitators, vendors, academy faculty, and regional teams.
Lead through support roles such as a Business Systems Analyst, training coordinator, and learning operations partners.
Track participation, completion, feedback, engagement, and other program measures.
Use data and feedback to improve operations, communications, delivery, and learner experience.
Identify risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and resourcing issues, escalating when decisions are needed.
Who we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
6 to 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Workforce Development, Program Management, Learning Operations, or a related field.
Experience managing or supporting learning programs, academies, cohort-based programs, technical training, professional development, or similar structured programs.
Strong project and program management skills, including planning, tracking, documentation, stakeholder follow-up, and operational communications.
Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, SMEs, facilitators, vendors, regional partners, or business teams.
An organized, execution-focused partner who brings structure, clarity, follow-through, and strong attention to detail.
A team-enabled leader who can leverage support from systems, training coordination, and learning operations partners.
Preferred qualifications
Experience supporting academies, cohort-based programs, technical learning, professional development, or multi-session learning portfolios.
Experience with learning systems, enrollment processes, learner communications, dashboards, reporting tools, or digital learning platforms.
Experience in technical, engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, or global business environments preferred.
PMP, Agile, or related certification preferred.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
