What is a Flex 360?

A Flex 360 is not a widely recognized standard job title, but in some industries, it refers to a role or program that provides a comprehensive 360-degree view of operations, performance, or employee feedback, often with flexibility across different functions or teams. The 'Flex' component usually indicates an adaptable or rotational position, while '360' suggests a holistic or all-encompassing approach. For example, a Flex 360 program might rotate employees through various departments to give them broad experience, or it could involve managing projects that span multiple areas of a business. The specific responsibilities and structure can vary greatly between organizations, so it's important to review the job description or program details provided by the employer.
