We are currently seeking a
Preschool Teacher to join our team and play a key role in shaping a learning environment designed with intention, support, and impact at its core.
Why This Role Stands OutThis is not a traditional preschool classroom.
As a Prep 360 teacher, you will lead a classroom where:
- Education and clinical support work hand-in-hand
- Each child receives individualized support, including a dedicated Behavior Technician
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) partners with you to support learning and behavior strategies
- Small class sizes allow for meaningful, focused instruction
- Students (ages 3-6) are prepared for successful transitions into more traditional school settings
You are not working in isolation - you are part of a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team, with the tools and support to do your best work.
What You'll Do- Lead a structured, engaging preschool classroom focused on early learning and development
- Implement a research-based curriculum while adapting to individual learner needs
- Create a safe, consistent, and nurturing classroom environment
- Establish routines that balance instruction, play, and developmental growth
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, therapists, and support staff to align on student goals
- Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and development
- Take ownership of your classroom, treating it as your own
What We're Looking For- Experience in early childhood education, preschool teaching, or a related field
- A genuine interest in working with children with autism and diverse learning needs
- Strong classroom leadership and the ability to guide support staff effectively
- A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with families and team members
- A patient, positive, and adaptable approach to teaching
Compensation & Benefits- Salary range: $38,000 - $42,000, based on experience
- Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Includes dedicated lesson planning time and a paid daily lunch hour
