Primary Role:
The primary role of the Fleet Manager is to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of the company’s vehicle fleet while ensuring cost-effective and safe transportation services. As a key member of the Logistics team you will report to the Director of Transportation.
This is an on-site role at Eagle Eye Logistics headquarters office in Idaho Falls, ID.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle autilization
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance requirements
- Control fuel consumption and operating costs
- Supervise drivers and transportation staff
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
- Analyze fleet performance and prepare operational reports
- Coordinate vehicle procurement, replacement, and disposal
- Oversee and help manage the P&L of the asset fleet
Requirements
- Proven experience in fleet, transportation, or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with fleet management software
- Valid driver's license
Expected Hours of Work:
- This position requires approximately40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. On-site role.

- This role routinely uses standard office equipment
