Eagle Eye Produce is a premiere grower shipper with more than 30,000 acres under cultivation. We grow in multiple states in the United States as well as several locations in Mexico. Primary Role:

The primary role of the Fleet Manager is to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of the company’s vehicle fleet while ensuring cost-effective and safe transportation services. As a key member of the Logistics team you will report to the Director of Transportation. 


This is an on-site role at Eagle Eye Logistics headquarters office in Idaho Falls, ID. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle autilization
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance requirements
  • Control fuel consumption and operating costs
  • Supervise drivers and transportation staff
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
  • Analyze fleet performance and prepare operational reports
  • Coordinate vehicle procurement, replacement, and disposal
  • Oversee and help manage the P&L of the asset fleet

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fleet, transportation, or logistics management
  • Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with fleet management software
  • Valid driver's license

Expected Hours of Work:

  • This position requires approximately40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. On-site role. 


Work Environment:

  • Duties and responsibilities are performed in an office
  • This role routinely uses standard office equipment


Physical Demands:

  • Standing, walking, twisting, bending, and lifting required
  • Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration
  • Ability to speak to and hear customers and/or other employees via phone or in person
