What This Role Is
The Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of nationwide fleet graphics and vinyl installation projects from kickoff through completion. The project manager manages project schedules, budgets, resources, vendors, installation partners, documentation, and client communication while collaborating with sales, design, production, installation, and finance teams. The ideal project manager has 1-3 years of project management or project coordination experience and excels in timeline management, vendor management, risk resolution, quality control, and client service.

What You'll Do
Project Management & Execution
  • Manage installation projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Develop timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets.
  • Review installation quality and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, POs, invoices, and ERP records.
  • Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements
What You'll Bring to The Role
