Job Description Job Title: Fleet Administrator Pay Rate: Target is $25/HR Location: Freeport, TX Contract: 6 Month This position shall perform the scheduling, tracking, coordination, and documentation of fleet maintenance and repairs, assist procuring and replacing vehicles, asset disposal, registration compliance, monthly KPIs, track, document and organize historical data of individual assets. This position is based at the Freeport LNG Liquifaction location with travel to off-site locations as required. This position requires the incumbent to hold a valid, unexpired driver license at all times in order to perform the essential functions of the job as well as an active TWIC card.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities - Soliciting written quotations for purchases, leases, rentals, repairs and costs of fleet assets - Researching, seeking, and securing alternative sources of services - Maintaining documents in a systematic and auditable fashion - Communicating with FLNG management resources, budget holders, maintenance, operations and other office personnel to determine and coordinate maintenance and repair needs - Tracking vehicle utilization, historical data including owner inspections, repairs, operating costs etc. - Documenting and tracking vehicle allocation/changes -Vehicle inspections/registration and required maintenance scheduling, coordination, and documentation Work Environment This position operates in a field-office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers/fax, filing cabinets, etc.

The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This role will require filing, walking throughout areas of the facility that would require the ability to: - Stand and/or sit continuously and perform job functions for a full shift - Ability to move throughout all areas of the facilities - Ability to drive to other office and off-site locations as required - Visual and audio acuity, corrected if necessary to perform job functions - Ability to distinguish color to perform job functions Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Traits - Must possess mathematical abilities and a knowledge of asset management - Highly detail oriented, organized, punctual - Ability to maintain positive working relationships with other employees, supervisors and department heads - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written and oral forms, Interpersonal skills using, patience and courtesy.
