Join a team committed to service, collaboration, and excellence. WAREHOUSE and FACILITY MANAGER Compensation: $26.71/ hour ($55,564.14 annually) - $32.85/ hour ($68,336.55 annually).(*starting wage for position will be $26.71 per hour)FLSA Status: Non-Exempt DEFINITION:Under general direction, plans, organizes, oversees, coordinates, and manages the staff and operations related to the warehouse, fleet, and facilities functions; coordinates facility management; coordinates procurement of goods and services; manages the effective use of resources to improve organizational productivity and customer service; and performs related duties, as assigned.  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:Equivalent to an associate degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, logistics, or a related field and four (4) years of increasingly responsible experience in materials management and/or project management. Licenses and Certifications: Possession of, or the ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid New Mexico driver's license upon appointment. Must have and maintain an Albuquerque Housing Authority insurable driving record. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:Required:Ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures and technical manuals.
